The exact rhythm we use to take a startup from kickoff to a live product in just over two months.
Most of our MVPs go live in around nine weeks. That's not because we rush. It's because we cut the work into weekly slices that each end with something you can click.
Weeks 1–2: decide what not to build
We run interviews, map the core flow and agree on the one job the first version must do well. Everything else goes on a later list, written down so nobody has to argue for it twice.
Weeks 3–7: design and build in parallel
Designers stay one week ahead of engineers. Every Friday we demo working software on a staging link, and feedback from that call shapes the next week's plan.
- One shared board for design and engineering
- A staging build after every demo
- Scope changes estimated before they're accepted
Weeks 8–9: harden and launch
The last two weeks are for testing on real devices, analytics, store submissions and a launch checklist. We stay on after go-live to fix what real users find.
